Downtown Sarnia Project
Nathan Homes is an aspiring leader in residential development and looks to be a key contributor and investor in the future of Mitton Village. The land where the homes are being built was formally occupied by the Sarnia General Hospital, which was built in the late 1800s and demolished in 2018 after Bluewater Health consolidated its two hospitals into one site located at the former St. Joseph’s Hospital location.
